There are a number of changes / clarifications in 2017. The main changes are:
 

• Kick off can occur in any direction
• DOGSO ( Denying an obvious goal-scoring opportunity ) is not always a red card
• Offside free kick may be in offender’s own half
• Quick treatment / assesment of players on the park now ok when the injury is a result of a Yellow (YC) or Red Card (RC)
• Infringements by goalkeepers on penalties are now an automatic yellow card
