Co-Op Training
The Macquarie Dragons have introduced Co-operative style training to teach children the art of football at a very young age.
Co-operative or academy training styles teach the children ball skills and technique. It allows teams to train as a unit and also as a squad. The sessions are fun and form an important part of learning for young children.
Facilitated by an experienced head coach, sessions will be held at Waterloo Park on Monday afternoon / evening.
Under 6’s & 7’s will train from 5:00 - 5:50 pm,
Under 8’s & 9's from 6:00 - 6:50 pm and
Under 10's & U11's from 6:30 - 7:30 pm.
